Questions people ask before their first visit

Still unsure? Call us — a five-minute chat costs nothing.

No — you can book directly with us. If your assessment suggests you need imaging or a specialist opinion first, we'll refer you and coordinate with your doctor.

A 45–60 minute assessment: your history, a movement screen, goniometer measurements and strength testing. You leave with a diagnosis, a plan, and your first exercises — treatment starts day one.

Most acute problems resolve in 4–8 sessions; post-surgical and chronic conditions typically run 8–16. We set milestone targets at intake so you always know where you are on the arc.

You'll feel a brief twitch or deep ache lasting a few seconds — most patients rate it 2–3 out of 10. It's always optional, and we'll only use it where evidence supports it.

Yes — for post-surgical patients and seniors within the city. Home sessions include portable equipment and the same measured, milestone-based programming as clinic visits.
